60 and 30-min Personal Sessions

The first session is 60-minute Intuitive Health Strategy session where we create a comprehensive plan. The following monthly appointments are 30-minutes where we monitor your progress and make any needed tweaks along the way.

Hi! I’m Mandi Palmer, Intuitive Health Strategist, compassionately and intuitively guiding folks to gain more clarity and confidence in their Medical Medium® protocols.

I've healed from bed-riddening vertigo, severe abdominal distension and bloating, intense insomnia, relentless migraines and headaches, fatigue, night sweats, anxiety, depression, mood swings, and more.

It wasn’t long ago that I was right where you are- overwhelmed from information overload and frustrated that nothing really worked.  I tried different diets, cleanses, and supplements with little improvement, and it wasn't until I implemented Medical Medium® information by New York Times Best-Selling author, Anthony William that EVERYTHING changed.  

Now, I help others implement this information in an EFFICIENT and EFFECTIVE way.

I intuitively tap into you to find out where you currently are in your journey. Using the pendulum, I get specific numbers so we can quantify and track where you are monthly. So there's no more guessing on how to approach your protocols. (This is for entertainment purposes only and not meant to to treat, cure, or diagnose disease. My services are not medical nutrition therapy or medical advice of any kind but rather education and coaching).

Absolutely not. The group calls are there for you to receive support in between personal sessions. Even without attending the group sessions, the value of what you're getting still well exceeds what you're paying.

There are links to my calendar inside the membership area. To hold you accountable, you'll receive automatic email reminders every month to schedule your monthly sessions. You can also email me anytime to schedule. 

This is to help cover the cost of the longer initial session the first month which is 1 hour. I also do a more comprehensive Intuitive Body Reading in your first month and your last month, which takes me 3 times the amount of time as the basic monthly reading. Remember, this is not a course. This is one-on-one help.

I have found that I can better support my clients and they get better results and quicker results when I see them monthly. This program isn't about what I can do for you, it's about you being supported, guided, and getting your questions answered as you do all the hard work and healing for yourself. 

I don't recommend drawing out your intuitive body readings and 1-1 sessions. But it's to your benefit to check up on your progress every month. This ensures that you're on your way to seeing results. If you aren't able to use all six 1-1 sessions in 6 months, your payments will still run monthly as scheduled, but the 1-1 sessions won't expire for 1 year after your initial purchase/registration which gives you an additional 6 months to use them. However, you do lose access to the groups and the replays after the initial 6 months, unless you renew. So if you purchased January 1, your 1-1's expire Dec. 31, but your access to replays and free groups ends June 30th. You may still attend the groups for $29 each or renew for another 6 months. In the event of extenuating circumstances, payments can be delayed up to 3 months upon written request.

Because I've been in a place in my life where I burned myself out and my health worsened, I don't work a typical 9-5 work day. Because I value my family, taking care of my home, my garden, self-care, movement, and sticking to our protocols, my hours in which I see clients is from 10 am- 3 pm ET. This means my last available 1-on-1 appointment is at 2:30 pm ET for a 30-minute appointment. However, I do schedule the groups later in the day such as 5 pm and 3 pm ET. I realize that my 1-on-1 hours may not work with everyone's schedules, but I believe we must care for ourselves, first and foremost. If I burn out, I am no good to any of my clients. 

Typically, the groups are scheduled on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays anywhere from 1 pm - 7 pm ET, as the schedule varies. This gives the opportunity for as many folks to join as possible. You can view the group schedule anytime by clicking here. It's always available from my website, too, under "Services," and "Group Coaching Calls." As a member of the Intuitive Health Strategy Membership, you do NOT need to register or pay. The link to join is located in the membership portal.
